Executive Principal's Welcome

Welcome to Queen’s Manor School

As Executive Principal, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Queen’s Manor School - a truly exceptional school where children thrive academically, socially and personally.

Queen’s Manor is a wonderful school with a warm, ambitious and inclusive culture. We are immensely proud of the outstanding education we provide, reflected in academic outcomes that are consistently and significantly above national averages. However, our vision extends far beyond test results. We believe every child deserves a rich and inspiring education, and our broad, carefully planned curriculum ensures that pupils develop knowledge, skills, creativity and a lifelong love of learning across every discipline.

Our spacious site is one of the school's many strengths. Children benefit from specialist facilities, including dedicated art and music rooms, as well as specialist teaching in music, languages and physical education. Learning is further enhanced through a wide range of educational visits, clubs and high-quality wraparound care, ensuring that every child can discover new interests and talents.

The school’s unique outdoor environment provides exceptional opportunities for play, exploration and learning. Our extensive grounds create a stimulating setting that children enjoy every day and which supports both wellbeing and curiosity.

One of the most special aspects of Queen’s Manor is The Pavilion, our specialist provision for autistic children. The Pavilion is an integral part of our school community and reflects our commitment to inclusion, ensuring that every child is valued, supported and able to achieve their full potential.

Queen’s Manor is led by our Headteacher, Kate Scott, whose passion, expertise and commitment to children are evident in all aspects of school life. I encourage you to visit and experience the school for yourself; Kate would be delighted to welcome you and show you around.

As part of a cluster of five schools, Queen’s Manor also benefits from being part of something bigger. Our pupils enjoy additional enrichment opportunities, inter-school competitions, Forest School and collaborative events, while our staff work closely together to share expertise and best practice. This partnership ensures that every school in the cluster continually learns, improves and delivers the highest standards for children.

Most importantly, Queen’s Manor is a place where children are known, nurtured and challenged to be their very best. It is a school where ambition and care go hand in hand, where opportunities are abundant, and where every child is given the foundation they need to succeed both in school and beyond.

We look forward to welcoming you.
