What is Arbor?

Arbor is our school's secure online management system, designed to help parents and carers stay connected with their child's education and school life.

Through the Arbor Parent Portal and the Arbor App, you can access important information about your child quickly and securely, all in one convenient place.

Using Arbor allows you to:

View your child's attendance record.
Receive school announcements, news and important messages.
Update your contact details at any time.
Check personal, medical and emergency contact information.
Book and pay for school meals, clubs and educational visits
Book parents' evening appointments
Manage photo and media consent
View reports and other important information shared by the school.

How do I access Arbor?

Getting started is easy.

Step 1: Receive your invitation

When your child joins our school, you will receive an invitation email from Arbor. This email will include a link to set up your account.

Step 2: Create your account

Open the invitation email.
Click Create your password.
Choose a secure password.
Log in using the email address registered with the school.

Step 3: Download the Arbor App

For quick and easy access, we recommend downloading the Arbor App on your smartphone.

How does Arbor work?

Once you have logged in, you will see your Parent Dashboard, where you can easily access different sections of your child's information.

Home

The Home page provides an overview of recent school communications, reminders and important updates.

Attendance

View your child's attendance record, including attendance percentage and any recorded absences or lateness.

Profile

Check your child's personal information and ensure your contact details are always up to date.

Payments

Where enabled by the school, you can make secure online payments for:

School meals
Clubs
Educational visits
Other school activities

Consents

Some school activities require parental permission. Arbor allows you to provide consent online quickly and easily.

Messages

Receive important communications directly from the school, helping you stay informed and up to date.

I haven't received my invitation email.

Please check your Junk or Spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact the school office.

I forgot my password.

Select Forgot Password? on the Arbor login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Can both parents have access?

Yes. Each parent or carer can have their own Arbor account, provided the school has their email address registered.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Arbor uses secure systems to protect your personal information and complies with UK data protection requirements.
