Welcome to Early Years and Foundation Stage

Our time in Nursery and Reception is spent with our friends, learning important life skills and laying the foundations for a successful journey through primary school and beyond.

Our teachers provide us with many opportunities to work with others, exploring and discovering a range of possibilities whilst developing strong relationships. We learn and play together, with an emphasis on developing the Characteristics of Effective Learning and developing our communication and early literacy and number skills.

We love the opportunities that are provided for creating and making, which give us the opportunity to show off our many talents and skills.

We develop a love for learning in Nursery and Reception, which supports us as we make the transition to Key Stage 1 and beyond.
